Updating your Benefits Data
This article provides an overview of how to resolve employee Benefits Data issues and when to reach out to Namely for a resolution.
OVERVIEW
Did you come across data discrepancies in your employee(s) benefits? Don't stress! While you can resolve some data issues on your own, there are a few that can also be resolved by submitting a case in the Help Community. Follow the comparison chart below to understand which issues require a case submission.

TIP:
Not sure if you'd like to manually update or request an import? Keep in mind that updating the benefits data for 10 employees would take approximately 20 minutes to complete manually compared to 7-10 minutes to compile the information needed for the import sheet.
